Yoga Brunch is the perfect healthy Sunday morning treat. 75 minutes of invigorating Vinyasa Flow yoga with me @yogamamakate finishing with a meditation to leave you feeling zen and refreshed.
After Yoga, head down to the second floor where we will convene around beautifully laid out tables to feast on a nourishing 3 course brunch. Think oat groat almond porridge with your choice of toppings, smashed avocado toast, and healthy treats.
Why choose between brunch and yoga on a Sunday morning when you can do both!
